Oh, she’s sexy. Lowlit and moody AF, with enough AC that even when it’s glorious outside, this is still the beating heart of the bar. Think speakeasy – but not 2010, and actually fun. Just in case you’re curious, 50 people can party comfortably down there (and up top for that matter, too), and yes we do offer private hire – just fire us an email.
…is where we host our cocktail masterclasses – we’ve spent a decade distilling them down to the most useful things you can learn in a few hours. Purpose-driven, but still a proper laugh.
London has long been one of the cocktail capitals of the world, and the capital’s frantic exchange of ideas, techniques and outcomes is exactly what got us there. Our current menu, Lineage, is a celebration of that – we take beloved classics, pare them back to their roots, then either replicate them faithfully, or… well, incredibly not-faithfully. Depends which way you fancy going.
Couple things – if you’re after anything particular like private hire or big groups, just fire us an email. The system auto-assigns 90 mins to each booking – just whack in your notes if you want longer. Oh, and card deets are grabbed for groups 6+, and our no-show charge per person is the current price for a pint of Guinness… let’s be nice and say £7…
Over a decade of development has gone into ’em. The usual innuendos and syrupy mess is fun and all, but we wanted to offer more – plenty of fun, but proper know-how and physical teaching too. The purpose is simple: we want everyone walking away knowing how flavour works and how to make delicious shit at home without the stress. Our own teams go through these classes
